This class dives deeper into yoga postures and their alignment, while offering a greater workout for those who feel they have mastered the Lvl. 1, Beginner's course.
This class develops on yoga flows that directly relate to a grappler's lifestyle. Classes are rooted in back bends, twists, and balances, to focus on strength, flexibility and recovery for the grappler body and mind. This class ranges from beginner to intermediate difficulty, depending on the lesson plan and the overall skill level of the practitioners in class that day.
